Piyo Shogi

Piyo Shogi is an interesting strategy game where players can enjoy what is perhaps one of the best ways to play Shogi, the Japanese version of Western chess.

The gameplay in Piyo Shogi is very similar to that of Western chess, except that here, you have three new pieces, each with unique moves. When playing Piyo Shogi, your end goal is to try and take your opponent's King, so you'll need to think ahead and play around your opponent's potential strategies.

One of the best features in Piyo Shogi, and one that makes it stand out from similar games, is that once you finish a game, you can view a detailed analysis that lets you study how multiple aspects of the match unfolded.

While you unfortunately can't play against friends or real players, Piyo Shogi is fun and challenging enough that you can overlook any other downsides. In addition to this, the many difficulty options that players can choose between help tailor the gaming experience to the needs and tastes of each player.
